MIPAA Requirement for Accreditation of Advanced Diagnostic Imaging

Can anyone tell me definitively whether or not the accreditation requirement under MIPAA for Advanced Diagnostic Imaging applies to hospitals?  I would think not since the Federal Register states MIPPA manadates accreditation to any provider paid under the part B fee schedule, but I want to be sure.  Thanks.

The AHA is now saying that the accreditation requirement does not apply to hospitals, though they don't cite a definitive source:
